Conner Zaragoza was victorious in Ohio on Saturday as he claimed the very first Championship Darts Circuit Junior event.
The youngster from Texas, enjoyed a thrilling 4-2 victory in the final as he managed to see off Jamison Merritt.

Merritt did produce a superb leg to reduce the deficit to 3-2 as the youngster fired in the only maximum in the match as he left 26 after just 12 darts. But, Zaragoza pinned D10 to secure the first ever CDC Junior Tour event.
Throughout the course of the event, Zaragoza enjoyed successes over James Butler (2-0), Hannah Gravelle (2-0), Zach Bowlin (2-0) & a 3-1 victory over Ahmad Leal in the Semi-Finals. He did lose just one match early on in the round robin stage to Gavin Nicoll (2-1).
